Installation Consultation: We will perform a comprehensive heating and/or cooling load analysis to properly size the appropriate equipment to building demands and tenant needs. This is a courtesy service (estimated $300.00) provided free of charge to our customers.

Installation of HVAC Equipment: Installation of major Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. We make every effort to calibrate, adjust and test equipment to operate at peak efficiency; so that you benefit from increased comfort and reduced operating cost! Warning: This procedure is not performed by all HVAC contractors!

"We do more then just install it!"

Repair Service: We will perform a system analysis to evaluate the problem.
Some issues are a result of incorrectly designed or installed systems, neglect or continued usage beyond its normal life-cycle. Upon completion of evaluation we will then recommend making any necessary adjustments to the system prior to repair.

Air Testing/Balancing: Just because your heating and cooling system is operating doesn't mean it's working efficiently. Today, the average HVAC system delivers only 57% of the equipment rated heating and cooling capacity or BTUs into the living space. The effectiveness of the equipment is entirely dependent on the amount of airflow. Air diagnostic and balancing is the process of testing and adjusting your system to operate at equipment rated BTUs or airflow. NCI Certified technicians are different than standard HVAC technicians. Most companies are in business to just fix or replace heating and cooling equipment. Your certified Air Balancing Technician considers the entire system and is qualified to test, diagnose, and repair your ducts as well as your equipment.

Maintenance Service: The benefit of having a Precision Tune-up is that trained professionals will automatically care for your unit on a regular basis. First, your equipment is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis by specialist who are aware of common problems that occur with air-conditioning and heating equipment due to poor maintenance. This does not mean your system will not have a breakdown, but it does mean you will not be plagued by common problems due to system neglect. Secondly the technician can identify possible problems before they become major issues. Conversely, the effects of a neglected system will lead to inevitable down time and continuous parts replacement, resulting in dissatisfied occupants and costly repairs.
